Marty Clancy

With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Marty is responsible for the national servicing operations of Bellwether Enterprise's multi-billion dollar portfolio which includes an expansive range of capital sources including institutional, life insurance, CMBS and agency type investors.

Along with maintaining relationships with lenders and rating agencies, Marty oversees the review and approval of credit decisions, surveillance analytics, policy and procedure creation, management of regulatory audits across the platform, asset management, troubled loan workouts and investor accounting and reporting. Additionally, he is responsible for managing operational risk, controlling costs, cash management activities and the organizational development necessary to support the company's continual growth.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Marty was with Capstone Realty Advisors and Mellon Mortgage Company, where he was instrumental in growing these businesses into leading firms within the mortgage banking industry.

Marty is a graduate of University of Dayton.
