Ned Huffman

Ned has been working in the commercial real estate mortgage banking industry since 1985. Prior to the merger of Bellwether and Enterprise's mortgage operation, Ned served as Executive Managing Director and Principal for Bellwether Real Estate Capital. Prior to Bellwether, Ned was founder and CEO of Capstone Realty Advisors, where he and the management team developed the business into a leading Midwest mortgage banking company with over $10 billion in mortgage servicing assets and an annual loan origination volume averaging over $2 billion. Prior to Capstone, Ned served as Senior Vice President, Loan Originations, for Mellon Mortgage Company out of its Cleveland office.

In 1992 and 1997, Ned was the recipient of "The Mortgage Banker of the Year Award," given by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks ("NAIOP"). Over the years, Ned has built strong relationships with borrowers and capital sources and continues to be a leader in the mortgage industry.

Ned earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University and has been active in numerous charitable organizations throughout the years.
