Stefanie has 15 years of experience in Transaction Management, Underwriting, Closing and now Originating Commercial Real Estate Loans with a team producing $1.5B annually across all  property type assets. In addition to financing Multifamily, Retail, Office and Industrial assets, Stefanie has specific expertise in financing Manufactured Housing Communities.

Prior to joining Bellwether Stefanie worked at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage for 7 years which started when Keystone Commercial Capital was acquired by Berkadia in 2014 where she started her Commercial lending carrier in 2007. In the years prior joining Keystone Commercial Capital, she owned and managed several independent businesses in Phoenix, Arizona.
