Tony Hong, an integral part of the BWE Investment Sales team since April 2024, boasts over 15 years of experience in Senior Housing investments, development, capital markets, and advisory. 

 

Tony's career showcases his dedication to furthering the senior housing industry with his deep understanding of the senior living market, blending academic insights with practical experience to drive success.

 

Notably, as Executive Vice President of Business Development at ZNest, he is actively involved in strategic initiatives by providing solutions to operators and owners by improving operational efficiencies through lead generation, labor platform, and digitizing the industry.


Tony’s senior living investment and operational expertise stems from his roles at various best-in-class operators.  Most recently, Tony was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Underwriting at Cogir Senior Living (formerly Cadence Living), where he was responsible for new acquisitions and development opportunities. Prior to that, Tony served as Vice President of Investments & Acquisitions at Clearwater Living, where he oversaw the investments team and focused on portfolio growth in the Western US.  Tony got his first start in Senior Housing while at Senior Resource Group, where he served as Director of Acquisitions where he was responsible for portfolio growth.


Tony is a graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and he is involved in the National Investment Center or Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) and is a Future Leaders Council alumni.  

 

Throughout his career, Tony Hong has consistently demonstrated strategic vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His ability to combine academic knowledge with practical experience has established him as a trusted authority in senior housing investment sales, shaping the industry's landscape for years to come.
