BWE Investment Sales, LLC (BWEIS), the investment sales organization that works closely with BWE, a national commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company, announced today the hiring of Anthony DeMarco, senior vice president and capital markets investment sales apartment broker, as well as Matt Skinner, Nick Ferando, and Tanner Westerheid, vice presidents for manufactured housing. The new team members bring decades of experience to BWEIS and will strengthen the firm’s apartment brokerage and manufactured housing investment sales platforms.

Anthony DeMarco is a senior vice president and capital markets investment sales apartment broker working out of BWE’s headquarters in Cleveland, OH. His expertise is in representing apartment investors and developers in the purchase and sale of apartment communities and land developments within the BWEIS framework. Prior to joining BWEIS, Anthony spent six years at Colliers International, where he held the role of senior vice president of the Cooper Multifamily Team. Anthony studied international business at Cleveland State University and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Madonna University.
Vice presidents Matt Skinner, Nick Ferando, and Tanner Westerheid join BWE from MHP Brokerage, where they specialized in working with manufactured housing and RV communities. Skinner and Ferando will be based in Denver, CO, while Westerheid will work out BWE’s Austin, TX, office. All bring significant expertise in real estate brokerage to the firm and have collectively closed nearly $1.5 billion in total sales volume over the course of their careers. Skinner, Ferando, and Westerheid hold degrees from the University of Redlands, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Colorado State University, respectively.
